An Urban House
A generous, private backyard will include future solar panels, mounted high on the south wall. A hydro-air system, coupled with an efficient, compact, direct-vent furnace, provides heating and cooling. Hot water is supplied by a stainless steel tankless hot water system. Primary structure is traditional wood framing, heavily insulated at the exterior walls and roof, and designed to support easy renovation.
